20 YEARS LATER THACKERY BROTHERS UNITE OVER IMPOSITION OF HINDI

SPECULATIONS RIFE ABOUT UDDHAV AND RAJ THACKERY JOINING HANDS

• The plan initially involved Raj Thackeray leading a rally on 6th July and Uddhav Thackeray arranging a separate march on 7th July.Talks started when Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut advised the two brothers that launching separate agitation against imposition of Hindi language wont serve the purpose. Sanjay Raut said both brothers agreed promptly to launch a joint movement. And a single massive rally on 6th July indeed it created a huge impact and sound the bells for a tectonic shift in Maharashtra politics.
• This will non-political march for both the parties
• No flags will be shown in the march
• A rare union which ensured Sanjay Raut (senior leader from the Uddhav Thackeray camp)took to social media to make the announcement first in Marathi and then in English. In this post he tagged Union Minister Amit Shah and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and made it clear that the message was both for Delhi and Maharashtra.

• Thackrey brothers are against making Hindi the principle language in school overriding Marathi.They want both languages to co-exist.
